TERMS & CONDITIONS

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients, we have the following cancellation and rescheduling policy in place:

Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your total service cost.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• More than 72 hours’ notice – You may reschedule your appointment once without losing your deposit.
• Less than 72 hours’ notice – Your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
• No-shows – You will lose your deposit and may be required to pay in full before booking another appointment.

Late Arrivals

• A grace period of 15 minutes is allowed. After this, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited. To schedule your next appointment 50% payment is required

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule your appointment once with at least 72 hours’ notice without losing your deposit. Additional rescheduling will require a new deposit.
Touch-up appointments must be completed within 6–8 weeks of the initial session. Any appointments scheduled outside of this timeframe will be subject to an additional fee.
